President Goodluck Jonathan paid a visit to
former minister of defence and chairman of
Victim Support Fund Theophilus Danjuma earlier
today
Danjuma who hailed President Jonathan for
conceding defeat said late Chukwuemeka
Odimegwu Ojukwu, leader of the Biafra should
have done same and prevented the bloodshed
and violence that occurred during the civil war.
''The outcome of the election and the
manner in which President Jonathan
conceded victory to Buhari is un-African.
It is very important in the history of
Africa.
''If Ojukwu did the same after the fall of
Enugu, if he had conceded victory to the
federal troops, he would have saved the
nation one full year of bloodshed, "said
Danjuma.
Mr. Danjuma also called for the arrest of former
Niger Delta Militant , Asari-Dokubo which he
accused of unguarded and reckless
